What is the Nordic Investment Club

The Nordic Investment Club is a return-enhancing platform for collective investing in private markets. By acting as one investor in the Nordic Investment Club, institutional investors can achieve significantly improved terms - as shown below - and hence higher net returns, as well as other benefits. More than 20 leading Nordic institutions have already participated with more than USD 2 billion of commitments.

  • Significant discounts - Club members obtain significant savings on fee and carry
  • Co-investment rights - Club members get co-investment rights, automated, LP discretionary or a combination
  • ESG priorities - Club members can prioritize ESG considerations in side letter negotiations, leading to benefits like excuse rights and tailored reporting
  • Relationships and representation - All Club members maintain the direct relationship with fund managers, and Club members hold the LPAC seats of each Club
